I’ve been taking these pills for about a week. I’ve noticed that I have more energy in the evening, and I’m able to get up earlier in the morning w/o any grogginess. I feel like I’m getting everything I need each day and that makes me feel good.

I use emergen-c a lot, and this is my favorite flavor. This is the one flavor that I can just shake into my mouth and enjoy the fizzy, crackling treat. I love it that way, and my 11 year old son does too! I like to carry one in my pocket for times when my energy is diminished or I’m feeling weak. It will quickly bring my strength back.
Another thing I’ve noticed with Emergen-c is the way it affects my complexion. It really makes my skin look more vibrant.
Customer Review: the Tropical is a great flavor
I have tried all of the Emergen-C flavors and this one is my second-favorite. The Pink Lemonade is my favorite (the whole box is pink, it’s the one where 50% of profits go to breast cancer research), but I will take either the Pink Lemonade or the Tropical. If you want the mildest flavor, this one is the one to get. It smells great too.

I was a little skeptic that the product wouldn’t have any results, but after using it for the last 2 months my hair and especially my weak nails look great. My hair and nails have grown a lot within the two months. I noticed the change in my nails strength within two weeks of taking the pills. As for the skin, I didn’t see much change maybe because I didn’t have a problem with it before, so I didn’t really focus on that. But overall I love the product and will continue to use it =)
Customer Review: Not perfect but not bad
I naturally have nice long nails which do break due to routine womanly chores and lifestyly but I have noticed how my nails are sprouting and staying long under the same circumstances. As a biologist, I know that healthy nails = healthy hair. I do see some difference in my hair and I’ve used it for 2 months now so I’m reordering. If you are using any hair vitamins expecting some miracle which will change your genetic makeup then forget it. I’m African and we should all know that nothing will grow our hair overnight, great hair is a melee of things, (genes of course but if you didn’t get that) we also have to have a NURTURING diet, hair care regimen and time.

Customer Review: Safer than multi-vitamins
These pills are exceptionally safe and, I suspect, beneficial. Ordinary multi-vitamins are packed with fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E) which can build up in the body to harmful quantities. By contrast, it’s virtually impossible to get too much of the water-soluble vitamins (B and C). Also, ordinary multi-vitamins often omit, or contain only small amounts of, some of the B-vitamins. These give you more. The zinc is also a plus.

I am a single mother of 2, working full time, and I absolutely believe in this product. I am going from up from sun-up to sun-down. I can keep moving throughout the day without having a “crash and burn” midday. It has helped my stress level as well. I didn’t feel a difference right away, it did take a few weeks. I love this product. My husband and I have used it for the last 8 years. We go to Walmart every year or two to buy 10 jars of this cream. (they come in packs of two). It is a perfect creamy consistency, and no scent.

I purchased this at Walmart. It worked overnight! It says to take 1 capsule so I did and a few hours later I felt my stomach moving. So I took some more. There is nothing wrong with extra “good” bacteria. The next morning my stomach felt great and it was working properly. All of my digestive problems have worked them self out. Highly recommend this. I did not purchase this with amazon but I felt I should complement Phillips for such a great product and spread the word on this amazing probiotic!

After suffering from bloating and gas in the evenings, I decided to give this a try. I was tired of feeling sickly, and miserable every night. I started taking it with my evening meal. This product has worked wonders for me! It took about 2-3 weeks before I noticed a difference, but I no longer feel bloated or gassy in the evenings, and have even been able to indulge in beans on occasion, without the awful side effects I once had. I should mention that I also take medication for an under active thyroid, am female, age 46. I noticed no side affects whatsoever. I have been taking it for about a month and a half now, am thrilled with the results, and will continue buying this product.
Also, I noticed on this site it says for adults to take two capsules twice a day with meals, but on the actual bottle it says take one capsule daily with a meal, which is what I do.
