I purchased this medication for my father. He has recently been taken off of all his antiinflammatories due to an ulcer and has begun having joint pain everywhere. I know that this is the only Glucosamine product that has been studied and shown to be effective for joint cartilage regeneration in arthritic patients. Being a medical professional, it is the only one I recommend. It takes some time after beginning this medication, and you MUST take it every day, so I have only seen moderate benefit in my dad’s pain. Just FYI, I also recommended this for my brother and sister-in-law’s lab. After a month, the dog’s arthritis appeared to almost be gone. I hope to have the same affect on dad.

When the container is opened, the smell is reminiscent of “Play Doh” - clay/chalk-like. The taste is very much like what it must be like if you mowed your lawn and then let it dry, and then blended that up and put it in a drink and consumed it.
I cannot stress enough the taste is terrible.
That said, the fiber, low carbs, rice protein, and ginseng in it (normal and eleuthero) actively make me feel better after drinking it. More energy with no jitters.

Used this ointment most surgery. It has enough real “E’ in it to be useful and has consistency of vaseline type product, so stays in place and can be rubbed across scar. Recommend it for dry skin as well.
Customer Review: Product that actually works
This is a great product that actually works. I’m not the one using it, my wife is. All I can report is what she is telling me. She swears it works wonders on her hands and feet, I can feel and see the difference. She was really having a problem with her hands and feet cracking, that all but seems to have disappeared since she started using the Vitamin E ointment. Mind you, you’ll want to apply it frequently to get the full benefit.

It does just what it says. According to wikipedia, potential medical uses include use as a weight loss aid, to control the underlying cause of glaucoma, to increase skin’s natural resistance to burning under UV light, to stimulate a tanning response when applied topically, to reduce urinary tract infections and enhance the ability of antibiotics to kill bacteria that normally survive. Obviously more scientific studies need to be done to substantiate these claims. For now, all I can say is it helped me lose that extra layer of fat that all the exercise and diet in the world wouldn’t get rid of. No real side effects that I’ve noticed. It’s good stuff, try it out.

My babys doctor recomende I get these because babys need more vitamin D. I couldnt find them in any store so I bought a 3 pack. Honestly I forget to give them most of the time. They do have a funny smell and my son does make that “sour face” and shake his head when I give him them. I have been squirting a dropper full into his baby oatmeal. This seems fine.

This has been a go-to product for our 3 children. All 3 were breastfed, the last was actually anemic because he would spit the stuff out so we got pretty lax about giving it. But as he became more accustomed to solids, he actually swallows it without a fuss. And yes, his anemia has gotten better with more iron-fortified cereal & this product. Also, it has the vitamin D recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. On a practical note, when this solution gets on clothing, the stain comes right out; Poly Vi Sol has B vitamins which stain black . . .permanently.
