I just started using this product, but a good friend of mine has been using it for several months. She has found it quite helpful. Based on the documentation of “synthetic” vitamins largely passing thru our digestive systems without absorption, I’m willing to try this. I know my diet is inadequate.
But it does taste good, is easy to use, and I do feel a bit more perked up.
Conceptually, the rationale behind it makes sense. I’ll let you know how it goes.
Customer Review: OLV, great product if you only want vitamins
It doesn’t contain calcium because calcium is a mineral and this is Organic Life Vitamins. To get calcium you have to buy Organic Life Minerals. It would be nice to have an Organic Life Vitamin/Mineral combo.

I have try this and is still trying it, but I do try to not eat to many simple cards. But I do think it helps. I will not say it will make you lose weight, but I am losing, but I am also trying to lose. But it works like all products on difference people. what works for one may not work for all. Its about try and error.

3/16/2006–After taking radioactive iodine treatment for toxic modules and then having to have to go on thyroid hormone replacement medication; I felt terrible. I had no energy and my throat hurt,but all my thyroid TSH blood tests came back normal. So after doing internet research I found that after such treatment the thyroid can re-generate to a degree w/ the help of certain vitamin & mineral suppliments,that it listed. I was skeptical,but I was desperate I felt so bad I was willing to try almost anything. I bought 1 bottle and started taking the maximum dosage as directed on the bottle w/ meals. I was amazed, within 2 days I started feeling a HUGE difference!! Within a week I felt practically normal; I had energy and my throat pain went away. After taking it for 2 months my DR reduced my thyroid medication. I have now been taking this product for 1 year and I now take 1/2 of the dosage of thyroid hormone medication that I was on a year ago. I know will not be able to completely go off the thyroid hormone med., but w/ the help of this suppliment I was able to reduce it down w/ my DR’s approval. All the minerals in this is of the highest quality. PLEASE,try it…it has changed my life around.

Customer Review: NOT too much vitamin D! This is a great product.
The previous reviewer should have done his/her research before punching it in. This supplement is just fine. In fact, I take a vitamin D supplement in ADDITION to this product. Yes, it is possible to take too much vitamin D, but the body easily can tolerate far more than the 100 I.U. provided with each capsule. Taking two thrice daily means an intake of only 600 I.U.’s.

Customer Review: Possibly better than Pearls
I just read a report by Consumer Labs on probiotics. Although this product wasn’t included, the Enzymatic Pearls were. Since they both appear to offer the same technology, I compared the contents and found that this product has four types of bacteria, including the two contained in the Pearls. Ironically, according to Consumer Labs, the types of bacteria in both products(strains of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium) can usually survive gastric acids and don’t need a coating anyway.

This calcium tablet is great for giving me the extra calcium that my doctor recommended for me. The only thing I don’t like about it is the large caplet size. I take it with my other vitamins after eating my breakfast. I’ve also taken it without food without any problems.
