Customer Review: EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED AND DOES WHAT IT SAYS
In an effort to get more fiber in my diet a tried Metamucil (which was disgusting) and then I tried this. How they manage to get grit free, tasteless fiber is beyond me, but I’m just glad they did. I add it to my baked goods, milk, juices, smoohties, tea, yogurt, and even my jam over toast or english muffins. It has no taste, no grit, and dissolves in everything, hot or cold. Also, there were no bloating or gas issues which I was expecting based on other fiber supplements. 5 STARS all the way!! Thank you Benefiber.
Customer Review: Expensive and you might be taking a double dose
Yes, it is fiber and you could benefit with a diet of 25 to 35 grams of FIBER per day says the American Dietetic Association.
(Benefit how? they do not tell us on the label)
But, look close; benefiber gives you 3 grams of Fiber per dose.
If you use a digital scale as I have you will to your surprise discover that one heaping teaspoon actually weighs 3.5 grams.
AND, they are telling you to use two tsp which is actually a double dose, right in their supplement facts, printed right on the label.
The dose on the package states 2 tsp or (3.5 grams)
But to my surprise my digital scale 3.5 grams is not 2 tsps it is only one heaping tsp.
Supplies you with 3 grams of fiber they claim.
But you might be actually taking a double dose and not knowing it, but paying for it.
Think about it one good tasting bran muffin could supply you with 9 grams of dietary fiber. And a bran muffin taste better too! (that is triple the fiber of one single benefiber dose)

Customer Review: Easy pill to swallow
Having gone through a number of brands of calcium tablets trying to find one that went down without a fight, I finally found these a couple of years ago. They are not as big as most calcium tablets, and they slide down very easily thanks to the coating, which is also vanilla flavored. I have never had any trouble swallowing these tablets and highly recommend them to anyone who needs to take calcium supplements.

My doctor wanted me to start taking a calcium supplement after my recent surgery. This is the best one I have tried yet. It is easy to swallow and it is pleasant to taste. Plus the value of two bottles for this price was fabulous. I will more than likely subscribe and save even more.

This stuff is absolutely awesome! I can’t live without it. I have taken it for years and it is great. So easy to take and you get so much of what you need in a quick and simple way(much easier than an icky pill/tablet)– it even tastes pretty good too. I would highly recommend it. Definitely try it, especially if you are looking for that extra boost of energy.

My wife introduced me to these a few months ago and I don’t think I’ve missed a day since… they taste so good that we actually look forward to taking two gummies a day… if they had these when I was a kid, I would have been tempted to eat them all day. If you want to buy them in stores, the only place I’ve seen them so far is at Target. I like the Power C as well as the MultiVites which come in other flavors.

I mix this b-12 with my son multi vitamins and he takes it just fine, by itself he didn’t like it that much but overall it’s a good because it’s liquid.

I only used this product for 3 weeks (lost the rest of the pack) and my hair definitely grew about twice as much as it normally would in a month. (I could tell because I dye my hair and noticed how much growth I’ve had). I would highly recommend Viviscal. I didn’t notice any extra nail growth but definitely the hair on my head grew a ton!

I had a co-worker that used this product and she had splendid hair growth. However, I don’t know whether it was due to her body chemistry or not, but the hair growth proved to work on various parts of her body. Like her chest, arms, and chin. Vitamins work internally so anything can happen. So, if you don’t mind shaving your body alot this would be a great product for you.

Love this product! For people with oily skin, it is an excellent moisturizer without the greasy feeling. It absorbs very quickly and makes your face feel hydrated. It has good ratings on the environmental working group scale of safety for both yourself and the environment. I have tried many of the products and love the line of skin care.
