I always get this vitamin, but couldn’t find it on our island anymore. So decided to try Amazon. They didn’t carry the large bottle, so had to get the 3 smaller bottles. I thought the shipping was so crazy, I decided to ask our local store to please carry the vitamins again!

I’ve used Lactaid for many, many years, and it keeps getting better all the time. The Fast Act version of the product is wonderful. Some dairy products affect me worse than others, and I take more of the product before I eat the worst offending dairy products, and I take additional Lactaid in the middle of the meal. This assures that Lactaid will mix with all food in my stomach. This dosing system works great for me.
