I purchased this at Walmart. It worked overnight! It says to take 1 capsule so I did and a few hours later I felt my stomach moving. So I took some more. There is nothing wrong with extra “good” bacteria. The next morning my stomach felt great and it was working properly. All of my digestive problems have worked them self out. Highly recommend this. I did not purchase this with amazon but I felt I should complement Phillips for such a great product and spread the word on this amazing probiotic!

After suffering from bloating and gas in the evenings, I decided to give this a try. I was tired of feeling sickly, and miserable every night. I started taking it with my evening meal. This product has worked wonders for me! It took about 2-3 weeks before I noticed a difference, but I no longer feel bloated or gassy in the evenings, and have even been able to indulge in beans on occasion, without the awful side effects I once had. I should mention that I also take medication for an under active thyroid, am female, age 46. I noticed no side affects whatsoever. I have been taking it for about a month and a half now, am thrilled with the results, and will continue buying this product.
Also, I noticed on this site it says for adults to take two capsules twice a day with meals, but on the actual bottle it says take one capsule daily with a meal, which is what I do.

It would not be unreasonable to conclude from the label and the product description that you were getting 550 milligrams of potassium from this supplement. Hold on - it’s only 90, less than 3% of your daily 3500 mg need. Why bother? You would do far better to eat some potassium-rich food - apricots, a potato with skin, a banana, or a half cup of tomato sauce, for example - and those things have other benefits that only food can deliver, not to mention they taste good.

Customer Review: PLEASE GIVE THIS A TRY!
I have had numbness in my fingers for about a year and it got progressively worse. My arms, hands, lower legs and feet had prickling sensation. I sometimes felt like my arms and hands were covered in ice. My sleep was frequently disrupted by the tingling sensation. My hands and feet were frequently cold to the touch. After going to the doctor’s, having blood tests, being tested for carpal tunnel, and then going to a neurologist, I was diagnosed with neuropathy. I ordered this product because I suffer from problem with my nervous system.Unfortunately I have been ill since receiving the goods, my complaint is that I ordered that I ordered the goods through Amazon and paid £8 plus for shipping, I received a note from the Post Office stating that before I could get the goods I had to pay £11.45 for postage (this meant I was paying £19+ for goods that cost approx £25). I notified Amazon who said I should contact the supplier. I hav’nt bothered because I thought that as I had placed the order with Amazon they were the supplier and the onus for sorting out the problem lay with them. My babys doctor recomende I get these because babys need more vitamin D. I couldnt find them in any store so I bought a 3 pack. Honestly I forget to give them most of the time. They do have a funny smell and my son does make that “sour face” and shake his head when I give him them. I have been squirting a dropper full into his baby oatmeal. This seems fine.

This has been a go-to product for our 3 children. All 3 were breastfed, the last was actually anemic because he would spit the stuff out so we got pretty lax about giving it. But as he became more accustomed to solids, he actually swallows it without a fuss. And yes, his anemia has gotten better with more iron-fortified cereal & this product. Also, it has the vitamin D recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. On a practical note, when this solution gets on clothing, the stain comes right out; Poly Vi Sol has B vitamins which stain black . . .permanently.

I, and many of my friends have been told to take fish oils for obvious health reasons. I had trouble swallowing other brands of giant horse sized pills. I also had trouble with other brands that caused indigestion (usually the drugstore generic brands). I just mix a bit of this with some oj in a martini shaker. I like the taste and texture. There will be some little black specks at the bottom of the drink which you don’t see in the powder, but that is normal. Haven’t tried the chocolate, but happy with the vanilla.
Customer Review: Great Protein Shake Minimal points
I started using the protein Energizer 3 months ago after beginning a weight program. I mix the vanilla into 8 oz of Chocolate milk and it takes great. As the package says there is no bloated feeling after taking. I enjoy the fact that there is minimal sugar, 6 grams of Fiber, and only 2 grams of fat. As I am on Weight Watchers it works out to a low point drink with the chocolate soy milk.
