The health benefits of fiber are well know, but that’s not why I always have some Fiber Choice tablets in my desk.
A high-fiber food doesn’t give you the rush-and-crash of a low-fiber food. Sometimes I give into temptation by eating a doughnut. Ordinarily I’d get a sugar rush; and then a huge fall.
When you eat 3 or 4 fiber tablets before or after eating the doughnut, you won’t get that crazy blood sugar spike.
A friend of mine who is Type 2 diabetic eats a couple of these tablets whenever she is going to eat a meal that might affect her blood sugar. She monitors her blood sugar. Her experience is that the fiber tablets help keep her blood sugar stable.
Thus, Fiber Choice fiber tablets mitigate the harm you’d otherwise do to yourself by eating junk food. They taste pretty good, too.

I DON’T LIKE THE BRANDS OF FIBER CHOICE PRESENTED IN THE STORES. THEY DO NOT CARRY SUGAR FREE ORANGE WHICH IS MY FAVORITE. SINCE AMAZON DOES CARRY THIS PRODUCT-THEY GET MY BUSINESS.
